How to apply certain correction percentages to material demand in MRP?

We have the next escenario to be solved and I have not found how to do it without custom developments. First of all, to put everyone in context, we use EBS 12.1.3 and Discrete Manufacturing module.
We have a subassembly as a component at level 2 of a Finished Good. That subassembly is manufactured (build in wip) in our factory 60% of the times and is purchased the other 40% of the times. The configuration of the item is:
- Template = subassembly
- General Planning Make or Buy = Make
- Planning Method = MRP Planning
- Build in WIP
- It has bill of material
When the finished good is included in any MRP Plan is always giving the demand of the components based on the BOM as we build it 100% but if we buy the subassembly the 40% of the times, we would like to reduce that demand in that percentage for the components of the subassembly.
