How to delete a resource subinventory which is added with incorrect condition field

Hi Team,

We have an issue where we have created a resource subinventory with the wrong condition value. It is created with 'Available' however, this value should be 'Usable'.

Now I can not end date the subinv nor I am able to add a new row. I tried with SU Responsibility as well.

Please help.
