While we are Creating Sales Order with API in 11i, we are getting the error, ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_

Hello Team,

While we are creating sales order with API in 11i, we are getting the below error:

Order Creation Status Failure

message is: ORA-01403: no data found

ORA-01403: no data found

ORA-06512: at "APPS.OE_ORDER_CACHE", line 165

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_ORDER_UTIL Procedure GET_ATTRIBUTE_NAME

message index is: 1

Can you please let me know if anything missing.
