Base Price Revisions - Preference Herarchy Selection

Setting up base pricing using the P4106.

Click Add+ and I get three options to choose from:

"Item and Customer"

"Item and Customer Group"

"Item Only"

Where is the option for "Item Group and Customer Group"?

I have an Item group setup and assigned to an item and I ran "Generate Item Price Groups"
