Having issues using the Attribute Web ADI

I have successfully used Web ADI to add new assets to EAM.  I am now trying to use the Attributes Web ADI to add attribute values to the assets I have setup.

My issue… When trying to create a mapping there is no way to add the attribute values.

When I ‘define layout’ for “EAM Asset Attr WebADI INTG” I am able to select the ATTRIBUTE fields, which I assume is what I need to use to add attribute values to the assets.

But when I try to go define the mapping for “EAM Asset Attr WebADI INTG” I do not have the option to add any ATTRIBUTE information to my mapping.  If I update the seeded Layout I see this in my spreadsheet but no matter what I enter it errors out.  What am I doing wrong?  Has anyone used the Web ADI for asset attributes.  I will upload a screen shot of the spreadsheet and the asset attribute setup screen shot.
