US FFCRA new balances - purpose and setup

Patch 31080069 for FFCRA/Cares Act introduced some new balances.  In particular I'm looking at these 3:

US FFCRA EMERGENCY SICK LEAVE

US FFCRA EMERGENCY FAMILY LEAVE

US FFCRA EMERGENCY LIMITED SICK LEAVE

I'm thinking the first is for self-coverage when employee is dealing with COVID himself or at risk.  The second is when employee is dealing with family COVID health issues/children at home.

Is the last one related to FMLA leave?  I don't know what that one is and if staff are supposed to input the balance feeds, they need to know what the balance represents.

Also, the release notes/whitepaper indicate there might be future reporting off these balances.  Was there anything new in the patch or is this balance setup just in case something is released in the future?
