Supporting PeopleSoft ePerformance 9.2

The City of Kansas City, Missouri would like to implement PeopleSoft ePerformance 9.2. We have about 4500 employees and three labor unions. Before we make a final decision to move forward, our functional team would like to understand the resources required to perform ongoing support.
