Hi All,

My client is using Oracle EBS 12.2.7 (HRMS and Financial is implemented). Now they want to implement SCM modules & Maintenance (eAM) by replacing Trax (Trax is an Aircraft maintenance software).

How to define the Preventive Maintenance Schedule for below scenarios.

Following are an example of Maintenance inspection “ENGINE-1 INLET COWL INNER BARREL DENTS INSPECTION”.

  1. First Schedule: For the first time when the flying hours reached to 200 hours, the inspection will be performed. If the hours/Cycles/days are defined, which ever conditions come first will forecast the work order.
  2. Repeat Schedule: Once the first schedule is completed and inspection has been performed (work order - completed) according to the first schedule, the system will check the next schedule from Repeat Schedule which is Flying hours = 50 and will schedule/forecast the work order as accordingly. Mean after each 50 hours it will schedule a preventive maintenance inspection activity.

Howdy, Stranger!
