Assign tax recovery rates to existing tax rates?

Hello colleagues,

We run ebusiness suite 12.1.3 and have configured ebiz tax with no recovery rates. We've been running AP and AR without any operational issues.

Question: Can we now start to use recovery rates in our existing setup?

So can we amend the existing regime and create new tax recovery rates and then assign these to existing tax rates? or do we have to create a whole new tax regime and tax config?
