Does anyone have a good set up for Benefit Elgibility for Rehires where their benefits start on day
Our current eligibility is set up based on 1st of month 60 days after an employees Part date (FT DATE). We are looking for a way to allow Rehires or employees that were previously benefited within the last 13 weeks to be enrolled in benefits immediately. We are using Employee Self Service so as of right now our Benefit Administrator has to use Enrollment Overrides (P08330) to enter correct dates.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
