Viewing output from Concurrent Requests from different users

hi all

I have a request to make concurrent request outputs visible to other users

there are 3 elements to the request. 1 I think I am ok with. 2 & 3 I could do with some advice as to whether grants / roles could be used to assign to users of other responsibilities and / or operating units

1. User of responsibility X concurrent requests to be visible to all other users with responsibility X (Same Operating Unit) - to be done using grants and seems straight forward

2. user of responsibility X concurrent request to be visible to other users with responsibility Y (same operating unit)

3. User of responsibility X to view output from a user of responsibility Z in a different operating unit (MO: security profile option set to only X operating unit)
