11.2.0.4 RAC Upgrade to 19C RAC

Hi

We have a two mode Orace RAC 11.2.0.4 Enterprise 64 bit residing on LINUX platforms.  We want to upgrade this to 19c.

(1)Can anyone provide a link for step by step guide for upgrading from 11g RAC to 19C RAC please , document/video ?

(2)Any issues or anything I need to be aware of please?

(3)Are there any differences from upgrading 11g to 12c compared to upgrading from 11g to 19c?
