Does Merge Load option, clear the previous load data in HFM target

HI Experts,

i have multiple entities for a location, lets say

Entity 1

Entity 2

Entity 3

i firstly load Entity-1 and complete upto CHECK fish successfully,

2nd i load Enityt-2 (Replace option-IMPORT) and i run all the way to CHECK with REPLACE option in EXPORT method.

i still see the check report hold previous load data for Entity-1. as part of replace, it should wipe all the associated entity for this location and load for the current load (i.e Entity-2)

is ther something, i have to update the LOAD.PY script.

can someone help me which block does it hit this process.
