Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. After entered data, and not uploaded, it showing Processing only since long time.

Hi Team,

Not able to upload data from WEB ADI, i have check excel setup, everything is fine.

Still not uploaded, showing Processing only since long time.

Using Excel 2016 version, kindly advice.

is it mandatory need to get only 32bit version.
