If changing the Pay Type Through Timecard Corrections Does the F06146 PDBA HIstory Update Now?

I am at a client who is wanting to implement the Timecard Corrections functionality in 9.2.  As the process was being discussed they want to update pay types  using this functionality and I advised them not to due to a variety of reasons, but the most important being that this process does not update the F06146.  Imagine my surprise when I tested it and after I posted my journals the system did back out the hours under one pay type and put them into another and posted to the F06146.

Did this functionality change somewhere along the line or is this a bug?  And if it did change perhaps you should update
