tax book accounting is not created for secondary ledger

hi all,

we are facing problem in creating fixed asset accounting for secondary ledger ,the secondary ledger fixed asset option "use primary amount "is set to NO.

the secondary ledger use different currency and use same chart of account.

i have followed the enhacement note senarion2

White Paper For Secondary Ledger Enhancement for Oracle Assets ( Doc ID 1303067.1 )

we have a tax book associated with the secondary ledger and the both option post to gl and enabled are checked.

but when trying to do the create accounting ,it is not creating the accounting.

if anyone has faced this probleme before,please help
