Fluid Approvals - Date Range for pending for approvals

Hello There

We are reviewing fluid functionality in the test environment. Many test employees time is reported for different pay periods. Under fluid Approvals, certain pay period pending for approvals are listed. Beyond that pay period, pending for approval transactions are not listed. For example up to April 11th pay end date pending for approvals are listed. Beyond April 11th, not listed but I can see them pending for approval in the database.

How do I find out what date range approvals are listed and wondering if is this a configurable item.
