Encrypt & decrypt Ebs Environment

Hello,

I'm looking for any oracle note or document explain if it's possible to encrypt & decrypt the data in database  12 C  and the output of generated by user through program to prevent any user have access to our ebs server production and see the data through database user or os user if it's report output.

Is there any functionality or oracle product do that?
