customizing HCM BIP notifications report templates and data models

We are trying to customize HCM BIP Notifications report templates, as per the requirements from Client, but we are not able to see the BIP related code in few fields, after opening the template.

currently, we are having 10.1.3.4.1 Desktop version.

we've seen in some blogs and user discussion that 11.1.1.7 and higher versions of BIP Desktop version are needed.

Please let us know the way forward.
