At a glance, the functionality that populates the global variable &GBL_WORK_HOURS appears to only be looking at PY_IC_PI_ERN_VW, which is PS_PAY_EARNINGS.  Does the logic ever use PS_PAY_OTH_EARNS (where T&L loads our time)?  Has anyone successfully tested the online page (when XML/PDF isn't available)?  Thanks!
