Letter of Credit Sponsor

I am trying to add an LOC ID to an existing sponsor, under Sponsor details,  but the sponsor is not listed under the Letter of Credit Sponsor look up list after I check the LOC box.    We haven't set  up a new LOC in a few years, what am I missing?
