In IExpenses Delegation - multiple levels approvals is not working

We have done the setup in BPM for Delegation. It is working fine for 2 levels and not beyond that.

Please find the below example

A->B->C->-D-->E->F hierarchy

Leve1  0-500  limit
Leve2  501-1000 limit
Leve3  1001-1500 limit
Leve4  1501-2000 limit

A's manager is B. But "B" has delegated to "X".

Level1 - "A" has raised an Expenses Report (EX001) an amount of 500/-. Now it went to "X" for his approval ("B" is delegated to "X")
Level2 - "A" has raised an Expenses Report (EX001) an amount of 1000/-. Now it went to "X" for his approval , later it went to "C" for his approval
