RHPCTL import image fail with PRCF-2031 + PRCF-2023

Please advise the following  errors using rhpctl?

There are some files owned by root in the GIU home causing permision isses for the grid home oowner to create a gold image

oracle@entxxxx01:/home/oracle $rhpctl import image -image GIHome19c_Base  -path /u01/app/19.0.0/grid -imagetype ORACLEGISOFTWARE
