LOCK symbol not appearing on using "LOCK ALL LOCATIONS"

Hi Experts,

I have totally 4 target applications and each applications have 2 category POV.

when i try to lock locations using "LOCK ALL LOCATIONs" option in application_setting. (for one category, one period for an target applciation)

I am not getting LOCK symbol in the bottom pov for that scenario & Year for associated locations. but the location s locked.

i verified using option the location at the bottom POV and it says "UNLOCK POV". it means the locaiton is locked.

but if i lock location using the "LOCK POV", that appears while click on the location_name in the POV bar.
