why do I see the categories controlled at org level in master organisation in PLM screen

Hi,

I have created a category set which is controlled at org level, when I am creating an item in master organisation in PLM, I am able to see the same category set which is defined at organisation level.

In PLM screen in the Classification and Categories tab of that item I can find the category which I created and controlled at Org level.

Could any once please let me know whether I should be able to see that or I have done anything wrong so its displaying in master org level as well?
