Using SSHR Mobile App or Mobile Browsers

Hello Everyone,

Regarding SSHR Mobile App ,

I checked mobile app R8 which mentioned on the below document

Advisor Webcast Recording: EBS HCM - Oracle EBS HCM SSHR Mobile App Release 8 held on April 10, 2019 (Doc ID 2518260.1)

There’s a limitation for mobile app like add absence attachment not available, and SIT or EIT not available too

Hence I want to ask what is better using oracle SS mobile app or publish the self-service and users use mobile browsers instead
