Inconsistency of EDSP in F47131/F47132

Hi,

We are facing issue on EDI table F47131/F47132.

When processed with error (error 072A - "Error: Not All Lines Shipment Confirmed") and populated F47132.EDSP=Y but F47131.EDSP=E.

May I know what is the standard process when R47131 hit error while populate value to EDSP field in F47131 & F47132?
