Punchout/PO XML Delivery and Sales Tax

Hello, I wonder if anyone can help me with this...

We have a mostly successful Punchout setup with a national stationery provider.

This is high volume, low value products. This is a real win for everyone.

The Supplier is UK VAT registered and most of it's products attract Standard VAT/Sales Tax. In the UK this is set at 20%

The this is driven by Supplier-Site setup eg at Tax and Reporting zone of supplier OAF page

The problem comes by virtue of the fact that supplier also offers certain food stuffs. Examples would be Tea/Coffee etc

In the UK these are zero rated for Sales Tax/VAT
