ORA-31626 job does not exist during execution of DBMS_DATAPUMP API

Hi all

I have strange problem with execution of procedure which calls : For description

I have user DBSRV  and procedure p_DataPump which work correct , I created user TEST1 with privileges to execution DBSRV.p_DataPump  and also work correct .

But when one client connect to TEST1 and execute DBSRV.p_Datapump it crash to ORA-31626 job does not exist.

Version of database is 12.1.0.2.0 on aix 7.1

I tried to trace it :
