Why has the MOS note for bug 28945701 disappear?

Hello,

Today I'm facing an error that I recall getting some months ago, and I found the discussion I had about it in one of my emails. This was exactly how it was phrased on MOS:

Bug 28945701 : IMPDP ERRORS OUT ORA-014451 WHILE CREATING GLOBAL TEMPORARY TABLE

And the link was:

Now I cannot find anything about this bug. I especially wanted to know when it was going to be fixed and if there's a patch for it. But it's all vanished. Even using keyword on the error code or description doesn't show relevant notes. The funny thing is that IMPDP creates this "unsupported feature" situation. Any Oracle employee with more power than I can tell me more about the whereabouts fo this bug ?
