Cloning EBS R12.2 (Running Autoconfig in INSTE8_SETUP

Hi All,

I was going through the Doc ID Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Rapid Clone (Doc ID 1383621.1)

The section 5.7 has the step "Cloning the Database Separately"

1> Please let me know that if the above step is mandatory when we clone our EBS using RMAN Backup

Further, I found one more step, i.e.,

$ sh <RDBMS_ORACLE_HOME>/appsutil/bin/adconfig.sh contextfile=<CONTEXT_FILE> run=INSTE8_SETUP

2> So, Please me know that what does the autoconfig in INSTE8_SETUP mode do, once the DB is in Open Mode?
