After upgrading to TR9.2.4.1 the local webclient application is hanging

Hi,

I have done the TR Upgrade to 9.2.4.1.

Now in the local webclient when I run the application for first time it keeps on spinning but when I open the second application is runs. So any application if I opens first it just spins.

local weblogic version:12.2.1.3

JDE Apps Version:9.2

TR Version:9.2.4.1

Any idea?
