How would you go about trying to save this 9.0 Enterprise Server?

We keep several instances of E1 up and running to support customers from time to time, one of these servers is a E1 9.0 server running TR 8.98.4.7 on WIndows Server 2003 (!!)  We dont use this server often, maybe twice a year at most but our administrators changed the windows accounts that run MS SQL Server and E1 and the changes were unsuccessful, broke both services and  as a result the server hard rebooted and caused a lot of corruption.

Some of the DLLs that were missing or corrupted on reboot were:

jdenet.dll

jdel.dll

jdeunicode.dll

icuuc.dll

I have tried to manually copy some of the from the deployment, jas server or FAT client to the enterprise server in hopes services will start.  But nothing has worked so far.
