Hello,

I put in a request to get a new one-off patch for bug 28001632 that will work with the 19.7 April release, on Solaris SPARC 64-bit.

I tried multiple times to upload the lsinventory, but eventually just did the manual entry.

After I entered the request it said it could be as early as 1 business day, but up to 7.

It also says I can monitor the request, but as far as I can tell, it just shows the request, and I'm assuming will change from Pending to Available when it's ready.

20 days later, without the patch, I'm just wondering if this is normal for it to take this long.  Is it the platform we're on?  Is development having a hard time keeping up these days?
