Journal Approval Request Time Out

Hi,

We are using AME for GL Journal Approvals.

The Journals which are sent for approval are not responded on time by the Approver and such requests are getting timeout after the 7 days. All these requests are notifying back to the Journal Preparer with the "No Approver Found" message instead of "Journal Approval Request Timeout". And in the Preparer Notification screen, the "Resend to Approver" OR "Resend to Approver's Manager" option is also Not coming.

Can anyone suggest How I can get the "Resend to Approver" OR "Resend to Approver's Manager" option in the Journal Preparer Notification screen after the Journal Request Timeout?
