How to handle Freight Charges on Purchase Order

Hi All

We have a requirement to capture Freight Charges on Purchase Order without using LCM.

So expectation is - we want to apply Freight Charges on PO Header/Line Level - Similar to the functionality of applying freight charges on Sales Order.

Please suggest - How to achieve this using standard functionality or via customization.
