Use order priority in bundling.

Hi All,

We are on OTM Cloud 20A.

The scenario is for a two leg shipment planning via multi-leg legacy itinerary. There are several orders, let's say 4 orders, from same source to same destination that need to be planned together. One of these orders needs to be planned urgently and is constrained with a specific service provider. (second leg is primary so constraint will work only for second leg). Rest of the orders do not have any other constraint. Now if we put these put these four orders into a bulk plan, the four orders make one bundle and move to the same service provider for second
