Is there a delivered Component Interface (CI) to populate Maintain Telework pages?

We would like to use the Maintain Telework feature in PeopleSoft to identify employees who are teleworking.   We use a SharePoint form for employees to request a teleworking schedule and we would like to export the results into the Maintain Telework pages.  Just wondering if there is a delivered CI for this, or will we need to create a CI to do this.
