Weblogic Datasource issue in 12c

Dears,

We are running 4 instance of weblogic 12 in different solaris servers.

All 4 weblogic instances are running in standalone mode and having same deployment and datasource.

This instances are being load balance through Network Load balancer.

We are frequently facing issue wherein one of the node stops working and below error can be seen in the logs multiple times. After restart it works fine.

Other 3 weblogic instances works fine.

ERROR com.nucleus.los 06-May-2020 13:59:27 - weblogic.jdbc.extensions.ConnectionDeadSQLException: weblogic.common.resourcepool.ResourceDeadException: 0:weblogic.common.ResourceException: Could not create pool connection for datasource 'DATASOURCENAME'. The DBMS driver exception was: IO Error: Broken pipe, Authentication lapse 33341 ms.
