ORA-19913 ORA-28365 rman duplicate from active DB on OCI

Hi,

We just switched our production DBs on OCI and therefore we use TDE encryption for backup purpose. Wallets have then been created on these prod envs.

I'm new with this technology so my knowledge is really basic.

I'm trying now to clone the DB to a new dev env. (it's an EBS DB) on an other site and i want to use an RMAN duplicate from active database.

Unfortunately when i do this i get the following errors:

RMAN-03002: failure of Duplicate Db command at 05/06/2020 16:05:49

RMAN-05501: aborting duplication of target database

RMAN-03015: error occurred in stored script Memory Script
