Discover Clusterware members with GRID down

Hi community,

I was wondering if anyone knew a reliable way to discover Clusterware members with GRID down on some of the nodes.  During the OS upgrade, we reconfigure the RAC network interface and need to check it against the ones that are running in the cluster, but with GRID down on the upgraded nodes, we cannot run olsnodes.  We can grep the inventory.xml file but that's a little unwieldy.

This is on 11.2.0.4 and Oracle Linux 7.
