GSS Manager Self Service - Promotion Approval

PS 8.58, Implementing Fluid Manager Self Service.

We are implementing Manager Self Service using Guided Self Service(GSS)  and need help with HR PROMOTE PAY Approval Fluid Page. It displays Job Code change and Annual Rate change under Proposed Changes, trying to hide Annual Rate and display Comprate .

Page Composer  for the Approval does not display it to modify.

How does Proposed Changes get populated when using Approval Tile in  Manger Self Service ? Where is the code to modify ?
