iAssets: Post Asset Transfers Report shows errors

Hello All,

We are seeing Asset Transfer with Error/Completed Error Status

Asset Number: 4052755 ===> ***Failed***

ORA-01403: no data found

Error: function IA_POST_REQUEST_PKG.validate_transfer returned failure

Asset Number: 3108269 ===> ***Failed***

ORA-01403: no data found

Error: function IA_POST_REQUEST_PKG.validate_transfer returned failure

Asset Number: 4077859 ===> ***Failed***

But not sure why it shows as processes and failed for the same asset.
