Kit for service Item

We are planning to use KIT functionality to sell Product & service as single  Bundle.

Bill of material is defined as below

KIT - Product with Installation

Component A - Product

Component B - Service Installation

On booking an order for KIT, system explode the bill of material and add two components A and Component B as separate lines

But both line are tagged to Standard Order line type. For component B (Service) would like to update Bill only line type.  Defaulting rule is not updating the line type . Is that possible to override KIT component line type with help of Defaulting rule? Kindly advise
