TLS Certificate Record for client´s

Hello team, we are planning to provide TLS service for client peering, for each client we have assigned a different IP sip-interface.

My question is: should we generate a CR for each client / ip? and send it to sign to the CA, example GlobalSign?

Is a single CR possible for all clients despite having different IPs?
