BI Publisher bursting large file

Hi All ,

We have  a requirement where-in , we need to burst/schedule a BI Publisher Report that has Excel Template with 70-80 columns.

However , I am unable to get any job published/delivered as I always get

1) Exceeds Maximum Limit ( Memory guard feature set to 500 MB for scheduled Report).

2) When i schedule (without Bursting) , I get below.
        "Delivery to email completed with Failure .
         Message has not been sent to following addresses  by some reason."
        Error Message :- File too big.

'Since requirement is to deliver this as a single file , is there any other option that can be utilized which will guarantee the delivery of such files?
