RPAS Workbook Building has intermittent issues

Hi,

We are using RPAS 14.1.x version and RDF, AIP solutions. So this issue is occurring at very random and we are not exactly sure where is the problem. Sometimes while we try to build the workbooks we see something like below as in screen-shot, which says "This might be temporary situation and retrying action might help clear it". After sometime while we try to login it goes away, so issue is not reproducible as it is happening here and then.

As per our initial investigation it could be memory issue but we are not sure. Going through the weblogic logs it says:
