For the removed rebuild-able item, how can we change the source meter during work order completion.

Question: How to achieve this, this is also mentioned in the below document that it is possible. But how it can be achieved, please explain with steps?

For the issued / installed rebuild-able item we can change the source meter during work order completion (This features i knows how to do it).
