Migration from 9.1.5.5 to 9.2.4.x on OCI

Hi Guys,

Help me to find the correct way to do migration from on-premises(9.1.5.5) to OCI (9.2.4.x)

we are planning to install new Deployment and enterprise server with T.L 9.1.5.5 and move folder structure from the old system to OCI then will do T.L upgrade to 9.2.4.x (only tools release update), there are two changes in the operating system of enterprise server from sun-Solaris to Oracle Linux 7 and database upgraded from 11g to 19c.

where I get a migration document for Deployment server and Enterprise server?

And SQL to change the old server name to the new server.
