API pos_user_admin_pkg.create_supplier_user_account errors

Hi,

We are trying to create bulk isupplier user account. after processing one record our API fails with below error 'Error while creating  supplier user account, msg count1, error : ORA-20001: Oracle error -20001: ORA-20001: Oracle error 100: ORA-01403: no data found has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.INSERT_ASSIGNMENT. has been detected in FND_USER_RESP_GROUPS_API.UPLOAD_ASSIGNMENT.1.'

Can you please help me.
